Imagine
an 'old'** Lady that had been annoyed by missing phonenumbers for over 35 years ....
living abroad she needed numbers from her home country   France  France  the Eiffel tower

for years Brigitte had difficulties to find phonenumbers in France

... and also from America, Switzerland, Belgium, etc
she was tired of calling directory inquiery
paying, waiting, re and recorrecting spelling mistakes ....

not a marketing professional,
a Housewife,

In Paris a Cybercafe told her not to be scared of the Internet :

she did not know how to use search engines,

but when she was typing as she was thinking
Phonebook of France.com = "Error Message"
Phonebook of America.com = "Error Message"
but why did nothing work ?
